It looks like you already have that set up. When Cloudflare is enabled on your site and DNS records are orange clouded, Cloudflare IPs are returned in DNS queries for your domain. Placing your domain behind Cloudflare IPs is how Cloudflare protects your site from attackers, but your visitor’s requests are being directed to your origin server specified in your Cloudflare DNS.
If you want your IP to be public, then you’ll want to orange cloud the record. If you do not want your IP exposed, you may want to change your IP now that it is posted publicly.
