Quick fix

Login to your account
Select “Firewall”
Whitelist your ip address for all websites.this should help.

If not:
Pause CloudFlare. Careful, this disables all protection, caching and all the other fancy stuff CloudFlare does.

Not sure why this does happen suddenly.
Is it a dynamic IP?
Did you recently some changes to the firewall settings? Blocked ASNs?

Once you get your site stabilized it wouldn’t be a bad idea to email support as well so they can look into it a little deeper. That is, if you don’t get the answers here first

You guys need support and community staff in different time zones. :stuck_out_tongue:

Though you make me think my answer was wrong. :zipper_mouth_face:

We’ve already got support staff working 24/7 (we have teams covering 8 hour shifts in SF, London, and Singapore, with supplemental help in Austin), but still working on getting more participation in the community outside of the US/biz hours.

What made you think your answer was wrong?
