I am the new admin for this domain. It has expired because the email on record is inaccessible to me. I need help in getting this domain renewed. In addition I am using a new account () since all emails at crosslifebiblechurch.com are not operational. I already submitted a ticket (01383486) on Monday but can’t seem to find any way to get status of the ticket. Going to the Support center and selecting My Activities to check on my open ticket just sends me to a help page with Cannot locate dashboard account. My downtime is getting critical!! No response from Cloudflare in over a week. This is ridiculous.
