Need urgent help in restoring expired domain

I am the new admin for this domain. It has expired because the email on record is inaccessible to me. I need help in getting this domain renewed. In addition I am using a new account () since all emails at crosslifebiblechurch.com are not operational. I already submitted a ticket (01383486) on Monday but can’t seem to find any way to get status of the ticket. Going to the Support center and selecting My Activities to check on my open ticket just sends me to a help page with Cannot locate dashboard account. My downtime is getting critical!! No response from Cloudflare in over a week. This is ridiculous.

New ticket (01381295). Sent email to support requesting status.

Each new ticket moves the reply time back to the most recent ticket, no more are necessary and slow the reply time.
