After implementing Cloudflare proxy I observed that all traffic incoming address are from cloudlflare therefore I have setup set_real_ip_from to get the real IP of the traffic, but the issue is The list available in this url Cloudflare ips/ is outdated. It seems Cloudflare has acquired new IPs and haven’t updated them. How to get the list of updated list of IP ranges?
The list of IPs for 
proxied traffic is up to date. Can you provide an example of an address you believe should be in the list?

I see several IPs starting from 172.70. I got hit of 172.70.189.149, 172.70.188.110, 172.70.189.130 etc
Those are covered in the list.
172.64.0.0/13
