You should be able to revoke the certificate here: Sectigo Revocation Portal

If you don’t want Cloudflare to issue certificates for your domain, you should disable Universal SSL before you do this.

Tried several times to revoke, but can’t authenticate that I own the domain via specific email address.

I can send emails to email address, so the address is working; but Sectigo doesn’t send the code needed to revoke the certificate.

Need help.

That sounds like you should contact Sectigo for support.

I have contacted Sectigo and they said they can’t revoke a certificate if issued by CF.

The certificate is found by the website you provided. However, when I enter the domain it needs to send a code to specific email address associated with the domain. I don’t receive the code, but receive other emails at that specific email address.

Did you test the email address from an external provider, that does not have anything to do with your current email system?

And that could be an issue with Sectigo and their email system, which is why you need to troubleshoot with them, regarding why they are not sending the messages (or what errors code(s)/message(s) they see, while trying).

It is their email system. They don’t use DKIM or SPF in their email headers. Why would a CA not use basic verification features in their emails?

I’ve tried contacting them and they told me to contact CF.
