What instructions has Egnyte provided you? What steps did you take to obtain the certificate you are currently using? You would typically repeat those steps.
I have only ever heard of Egnyte in conjunction with IT service providers that offer it, so I’m a little surprised that your MSP or VAR doesn’t take care of the certificate renewal for you as part of their service.
