I need to remove the zero trust app that I mistakenly installed on my cloudflare account. It is causing problems for subscribers. It is preventing me from adding new funnels. It’s having an adverse effect on my business.
That would be done via your dashboard.
https://one.dash.cloudflare.com/ under Access / Applications where you can delete a policy or modify as needed.

WRT the solved ticket 2857807, is not something that the Support team can assist with, changes are made via your dash and cannot be done by Support. The audit log should have the details you need, create a new post on this site if you run into specific questions.
