I am having an issue with one of my sites bundabergeyeclinic.com.au. The issue was we changed to a new internet provider and got a new ip address. Our old ip address got moved to a different customer that got hit with the kasea exploit. We still had two records in our dns pointing to our old ip remote and mail. Due to this we got blacklisted. We have removed the records from our DNS but cloudflare still resolves these two addresses. They have been removed from google and our local isp dns but if we use cloudflare it still resolves. How do we get the dns updated on cloudflare and also removed from there blacklist.
That domain is not using Cloudflares authorative DNS. Are you referring to 1.1.1.1?

We are using 172.64.36.1 and 172.64.36.2. If we use these dns address we get a response back from those a records. If i change to the dns to 8.8.8.8 then no resolution
Do you know how to purge the DNS of Cloudflare. I tried the above but it is still resolving.
Its not a purge issue I suspect, your domain is categorised as Malware.

The domain has been categorised as malware due to an ip address that we dont have anymore pointing to one of our old A records. I have removed the A records from our dns but when we use cloudflare DNS we can still ping that old A record. If we change to google dns or our isp dns we cant ping those A records.
After removing it from the cloudflare radar how long does it take approximately to get removed
