What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?

Tried submitting a ticket but got no response. It says ticket support is not a part of a free plan, but that O2O is possible with staff assistsance… Just not sure how to get it done exactly if community posts are the only support available as per the plan page.

It may of course still be in a queue, but I submitted another ticket about an unrelated account matter which was responded to almost immediately.
