Need to delete an old mobile website, no one can or will figure out how to do it.
What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?
The company that built it said it’s a “Google” problem. Since we are no longer their customers they don’t want to help. Google says I need to contact host to delete it. Company said it was hosted by Cloudflare. Cloudflare doesn’t have a “person” to talk to. An IT friend said our new host (godaddy) should be able to forward the old site to our new one. I was on their “customer service” texts for hours but never got anywhere.
Name Server: JAKE.NS.CLOUDFLARE.COM
Name Server: LILY.NS.CLOUDFLARE.COM
then you are certainly not in the account where you can make changes to your site.
Did they set the site up on Cloudflare? If so, you need to get them to help you regain access to the site.
We have a number of Support options like, these forums, chat, slack, and phone. In this case, talking to someone would not matter, you need to either
contact the person that set up your site on Cloudflare and have them remove the mobile redirect & point the A DNS record to your new site.
OR
move teh site to the account you can control. To do this, select a plan type (free) in the account you are using here and then contact your domain registrar, godaddy, and have them change the namerservers to the two shown on https://dash.cloudflare.com/?to=/:account/:zone/dns. After that, you need to edit the DNS records to point to the IP address of your new site (your hosting provider can tell you that IP). You make that change here, https://dash.cloudflare.com/?to=/:account/:zone/dns
They are incorrect. Cloudflare is not a hosting provider. Exceptions apply, but not here.
