I need to contact a owner of certain domain (on the website is no contact method given) and all WHOIS related informations have been cenzored by Cloudflare.

Additionally, the WHOIS on Cloudflare website stopped to be accessable anymore

You can’t then. If they don’t have a way to be contacted on their site or any social media, you can’t reach out.
