Need to change my email address on another account

I signed up through SiteGround using another email address. Today, I’m having trouble accessing that account and I don’t remember the password for the other account. I read an article on here that I would need to sign up with another email address the connect my site to it. With SiteGround, I didn’t have to change the nameservers on my domains. All I had to do was click a button and 99.9% connecting my site to Cloudflare was automated. Are there any Cloudflare admins or moderators here that can help me sort this out?
