My client at contilaw dot com is unable to send out emails to gmail recipients, and they get rejected. The domain registrar is Network Solutions, but somehow the Name Servers are now Cloudflare’s (we never changed them, they should be Network Solutions’ Name Servers). Trying to get an SPF record that I am being told by Network Solutions is needed added to contilaw dot com’s DNS records, but it can only be accessed through Cloudflare, but we have no record of ever doing business with or subscribing to any of Cloudflare’s services. We are at a dead end. How did the Network Solutions’ Name Servers get changed to Cloudflare’s Name Servers? We have no idea, please help us.

Welcome to the Cloudflare Community.
You have two options that involve keeping your DNS with Cloudflare:
- Recover your Cloudflare account access
- Move the domain to a new Cloudflare account
The first option is covered in this document which contains a link to a guide on the second option.
