Websites Down and Can’t Reach Author
What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?
We have tried to contact the author who built the websites, but he is not returning emails or phone messages.
We have no way to figure out what is going on and there doesn’t appear to be any way to contact anyone at Cloudflare.
We have 2 websites that were built by a guy who has disappeared. Both websites are down and we have no way to fix it - including getting the source code for the websites. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Bill at 513-310-9800.
Do you have access to the Cloudflare account? If not, I don’t see how Cloudflare can help you.
We have no idea where the origin web server is. Is there a way to determine this?
Only if you have access to the Cloudflare account that your domain is in.

I just found out yesterday that the guy who built our websites and set everything up died on March 15th. That explains why we haven’t been able to connect with him. Now, I need to find out how to connect to the hosting location so I can get access to the source code for the websites.

There are 2 websites that were built by Chris McMahon who passed away last month. The first is alphanuomegaalumni.org and the second is hickmanortho.com. Both were built by the same guy. Both have their DNS pointing to the cloudflare.com name servers. Both websites are down/not accessible. I am trying to get access to the source code for both websites.
