What is the issue you’re encountering

Shopify O2O is not enabled for my domain. Can someone from Cloudflare team help?

What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?

You no longer need to ask. You can proxy the DNS records pointing to Shopify yourself and O2O will work.

Make sure that you only use the CNAME shops.myshopify.com and not any A/AAAA records, including for the apex domain if that points to Shopify.
