What is the issue you’re encountering
I am putting the EXACT DNS That HighLevel Is telling me to put, ive deleted and put again. It isnt proporgating on Cloudflares side ive asked the HL suopport they said its on Cloudflares side
What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?
nothing has worked, ive tried everythibg
What feature, service or problem is this related to?
No. Your service provider appears to be Mailgun and you have entered a nonexistent domain. You cannot just make up whatever you want. You need to use a real domain that is registered to you.
Your Cloudflare screenshot shows a domain of alam-x.com and your second screenshot shows a domain of repliesalam-x.com.
No match for domain "REPLIESALAM-X.COM".

can u help me please, i think ive accidentally deleted a few DNS settings now my [email protected] gmail account cant recieve any emails. im a complete mess. Can we jump on a call ill pay you
You have replaced any Google MX records with those of Mailgun. That is not going to work. If your domain mail is on Google Workspace, you need to remove the Mailgun entries from your MX records in Cloudflare and add the ones specified by Google. Check their documentation to see which ones to use.
Yes im going to do that now, would it be ok sir to jump on a quick zoom call with me. I promise It would genuinely mean so much i just need some clarity right now man. Please.
Let’s keep the conversation here in the Cloudflare Community. This ensures that other Community members can benefit from any steps taken, and it also allows other Community members to reply when another is unavailable.
I use a software called Highlevel and im not sure if they use that mailgun thing.
But im sure those 2 mailgun dns i added recently when i tried getting a dedicated domain on Highlevel, so i shall take them out and hopefully nothing goes wrong! Sorry for annoying you, i value u so much helping me man
You aren’t annoying me. I’m happy to help where I can.
I don’t use GHL, but I do use Mailgun. I use dedicated subdomains with Mailgun to avoid any conflict with the regular domain email for users. It is possible to use your main domain with Mailgun, but you cannot use the Mailgun MX records in that configuration if you also use the domain for youruser mailboxes. This means you need to plan how to handle replies to the sender address you are using with those automated messages.
I think Mailgun has some related articles in their documentation. See the following guide where they mention it briefly near the end of section 1.
It should as long as you have that address configured in your Google Workspace.
You are entering a username (or email address), not a domain name in the screenshot. Your domain cannot have an @ in it. It needs to be formatted as example.com or something.example.com.
