Need help to update

I can not reach my website anymore (www.webuildbots.nl) and my hostingprovider tells me I need to fix this in my Cloudflare account. The message that I get when I want to open the website is:

Service Unavailable
The server is temporarily unable to service your request due to maintenance downtime or capacity problems. Please try again later.
Additionally, a 503 Service Unavailable error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

I need someone that can help me. My hostingprovider tell me to change some setting like MX, CNAME and so.

Anyone can help me with this.

A good starting point would be to “Pause Cloudflare on Site” in the lower right corner of the Overview page at dash.cloudflare.com

That will make it easier for your host to track DNS records as you troubleshoot.

Essentially, you want your DNS records here to match the DNS records at your host.

Editing DNS Records

This tutorial covers editing DNS records. Go to the DNS app of your Cloudflare dashboard. Enter your credentials and click ‘Log In’ Click the domain in question On this page, you will see a list of the DNS records for your domain. This page is where you edit them. You will see the list of records like this: [DNS Page] You can click the edit button to the right of any record to change it, then click ‘save’ when you’re done. Thank you for your advise. However, I am afraid that I lose the website when I change things. Can you, as an expert, help me with this. I received some things that need to be changed in Cloudflare but, once again, I am afraid to do this. At this moment the website www.webuildbots.nl can not be reached and I need help to get it on the web again. If you can not do this, do you know anyone that can?

Or, perhaps even in my position better, how do I get back to before I’ve changed to Cloudflare. In that case I would not use Cloudflare anymore.

If you’re not willing to do the above step, then I suggest that you go to your domain registrar and set the name servers back to the ones your host recommends.

The reply from @sdayman is correct if you want to remove Cloudflare from your site. Contact your domain registrar and have them change the nameservers. After that, on the overview page of your Cloudflare dashboard, you can select the remove option in the lower right.

On your site, I see an error `NET::ERR_CERT_COMMON_NAME_INVALID.

When connecting to an address where the hostname and the name on the certificate do not match, you’ll see “NET::ERR_CERT_COMMON_NAME_INVALID”.

Check if the apex of your zone is currently grey-clouded, if you have a subdomain or hostname that serves HTTP/HTTPS traffic, orange-cloud this DNS record to take advantage of Cloudflare security and performance features. To orange cloud that record, click to make it .
