Our outlook doesn’t work when 2 DNS email records are switched to the cloud protected option, also it keeps asking to fix our MX email record, which we have done, but apparently not properly.
Can someone give us an hint how to sort this?

For more info, you can have a look at Troubleshooting Email Delivery Issues when using Cloudflare which is linked from the tutorial section at the top of the forum.
thank you very much, that is what we thought, however it says that our email could reveal our server ip and used to bypass the Cloudflare protection service altogether … is there any work around? is it really risky with the cloud off? Thank you
