Need help so that i can send to gmail accounts

Please can someone assist with the steps I can’t reach a live person. I have Luxsci email for my business and all of the Gmail emails that I send to clients are bouncing back now.

My domain riverwaycounseling has no SPF record or does not include LuxSci’s SPF record, which is needed since I send emails through LuxSci

They said that they do add this below but I don’t know how. Can someone help? Thank you

What have you tried so far? I assume you’ve reviewed the Tutorial on how to add DNS records? If not, best bet is to start there
