We are in the process of incorporating the email DNS configuration into the domain ohmyarthritis.com. Upon entering the following details: custom address - [email protected], and confirming the action, a notification will be sent to the specified destination email, which is [[email protected]]. The system is currently displaying the following message: (see my attachment)- showing the record that needs to be deleted and updated to ensure the correct configuration. Once you click the “delete” button, a pop-up box will appear with a warning message cautioning that this action could potentially interrupt other services. It is crucial to verify that deleting the record won’t impact other services, as this action cannot be undone. (see attachment screenshot).
I’m hesitant to proceed with the deletion, and I require your support to update the DNS configuration promptly. This is crucial to ensure the smooth operation of our email service, as currently, email is unable to receive emails.
I have the correct DNS configuration here (from the server - Network solutions)
Hello!
Please refer to the attachments for more details. Yes, I would like to complete the email routing process. I have the Network Solution confirmed DNS configuration available here; please note that these configurations need to be added to Cloudflare
This is the Network Solution confirmed DNS configuration (need to add)--------------------------
Thank you for contacting Network Solutions. We are committed to creating the best experience for you. To help with your request, please add these DNS records to fix email issues
You need to decide of you want to use Cloudflare Email Routing or domain email hosted with a mailbox provider. You cannot use both. The notification you shared is attempting to tell you that.
Cloudflare Email Routing is an inbound-only email forwarding service. You cannot use both it and another domain email service.
You will need to choose between Cloudflare Email Routing and NetSol (or other external) mail.
If you decide to use NetSol mail, you need to ensure that your POP and IMAP hostnames are set to DNS Only.

I’m not quite sure if my initial message was clear. When you look at the title of my thread, it indicates that I need help with the process of incorporating email DNS configuration in Cloudflare. Your suggested solution is not entirely clear to me.
To simplify the issue: our [email protected] is no longer receiving incoming emails, and the senders are receiving a notification stating that the email was unsuccessful. The domain provider has advised me to update the DNS in Cloudflare, as we use CF as our content delivery service. This involves a specific process in CF known as email routing.
I’m seeking assistance from someone with expertise in this area to guide me through the process and ensure that it won’t lead to any unnecessary side effects. It appears there might be a misunderstanding in your response, and I haven’t found a solution yet.
cheers,
Yifei
It’s not helpful at all. I need reral support here.

Email Routing is the name of a service Cloudflare provides for forward mail received for an address such as [email protected] to a personal email inbox such as [email protected].
If that is the service you are using then the settings provided by netsolmail do not apply and all of them should be deleted. Instead you would troubleshoot with the provider of where mail is being forwarded to by email forwarding to provide details on why the mail isn’t being delivered.
As @epic.network indicated you can not use both email routing from Cloudflare and a ‘real’ mail provider for the same domain. So you will need to decide which you want to use.

Thank you for your response. In my inquiry, I specifically mentioned the need to add DNS information in Cloudflare. The suggestion to ‘pick one from another’ is unclear and confusing to me. My primary goal is to get the email working, and I’m seeking real support. If I continue to receive responses like ‘[email protected],’ I will report the issue to Cloudflare and request their intervention. I don’t have time for replies that seem to be playing around and wasting my time. @cscharff@epic.network

The question is not, can we help. Rather the question is, are you willing to listen?
Cloudflare has a service called email routing. It is a service intended for non-critical domains to receive mail for [email protected] to be forwarded to a personal email address.
If you are using this service you CAN NOT use another mail server / service for the domain at the same time.
It appears you have configured your server to receive mail at netsolmail.net
Those entries don’t match the entries you posted earlier. You should set them to match whatever your DNS provider has given you if you aren’t using Cloudflare’s email routing.
