We have an old domain through network solutions that has DNS records pointing to cloudflare, and then from there to our virtual server on IBM. But we cannot find what Cloudflare account is managing this. Our company has gone through various restructuring through the years and no one seems to know how to get into this Cloudflare account. Whom may I speak to to help solve this issue so we can add a new domain to this Cloudflare account? Thank you.

I’m afraid that the answer is “No one”. There are some self-service account recovery options that you can try, but for security and privacy reasons, if you lose track of your Cloudflare account, and cannot recover it, your only option is to start over in a new Cloudflare account.
The only way you’ll be able to regain access is by having access to the email address of the account.
