Need help getting dot working with pfsense but cant post multiple screenshots to provide details as a new user

attached are screen shots of my dns settings. (removed so i can post)

I should also mention that i am using static dhcp for a couple devices on the network including this device.

also unless i set the dhcp server in pfsense to use cloudflares dns servers it will say no in the “Connected to 1.1.1.1” in the http://1.1.1.1/help page despite having them specified in general setup.

if i can provide any other information to help solve this let me know.
