Need Help Entering a CAA record in DNS

Hello,

I have been told by my Autoresponder to add the following as CAA records in my DNS.
Here are the records I need to add:

I am unfamiliar with DNS config and do not know what to put in the Name, Tag, and CA domain name fields (See Pic)
These are supposed to be ‘issue’ whatever that means.

I do both: Specific Hostnames and Wildcards. Then the CA Domain Name is the domain of the registrar, like digicert.com, etc.
