Our domain is hosted by GoDaddy. We are implementing a new CRM software which will host our website as well as allow Word Press editing, etc. They are asking for DNS records and nothing is listed on Go Daddy. When I spoke with the individual who originally established our domain via Go Daddy and built our website, he stated that he did nothing regarding DNS. Upon chatting with Go Daddy Tech Support, I was told to contact Cloudflare Support because the Name Servers show amy.ns.cloudflare.com and andy.ns.cloudflare.com. HELP!

If you don’t know who set up your Cloudflare account, your domain was added to Cloudflare on 2023-07-15 according to securitytrails.com so that may remind you who set it up.
You can try to recover Cloudflare account access following these steps…
Failing that, you can take control of the DNS by changing the nameservers set at Godaddy back to Godaddy’s default so you can use their DNS, or set up another Cloudflare account and use the new nameservers Cloudflare will allocate you.
