DNS records
Any changes to your DNS records you need to make yourself in your dashboard here…

No changes have been made to our dns records, they are still visible when I login to go daddy, I was told cloudflare needs to fix it?
Your site is using Cloudflare, your Godaddy DNS records are of no effect (and none should be showing as you are not using their DNS). Godaddy is simply pointing to Cloudflare nameservers.

If you don’t have a Cloudflare account or know anything it about it, then you need to find out who set this up for you. According to securitytrails.com, your site was added to Cloudflare on 2019-09-05.
Thank you for the help, I created a cloudflare account recently but am unsure what do do next to fix the issue.
Creating a new Cloudflare account won’t give you access to the current settings, they are in another Cloudflare account that was set up in 2019 or earlier.
You can try these steps to access it…
If that doesn’t work, you’ll need to take control of the DNS by changing the nameservers at Godaddy to point to those for your new Cloudflare account when you add the domain to it, or back to Godaddy’s default nameservers and manage your DNS there.
Thank you! I hope I can figure this out.
Does Go Daddy know how to change the dns? I do not know how to contact my success manager, I hit a road block!
To make changes at Godaddy, just log in and configure in your Godaddy account.
