Need billing assistance

I’m having the same issue, ticket opened for more than a week with no response from support.

I’m still having issues upgrading to pro. This topic was split off from my last one where I was told it was being worked on. 8 days and no response. 23 days since the ticket was opened and one response that told me to clear my cache. My ticket is # and it doesn’t seem like this is being worked on by anyone.

I’m having the same issue. Multiple weeks and can not get support to update it or reply.

This was 22 days ago. I still never heard anything and my ticket has not been updated.
