Our domain, japanbusinessconsulting.com, requires the configuration of a subdomain in our DNS for deliverability as per Apollo.io’s requirements. Can anyone help me with configuring a subdomain in Cloudflare? I am unsure which guidelines are correct and need to be followed.

Do you have a list of DNS records provided by this Apollo.io service that they are asking to be created on your zone?

If you can provide that we can then advise how you go about creating those records specifically.

We do have documentation here on how to manage your DNS records on Cloudflare - DNS records · Cloudflare DNS docs but happy to provide more specific information if your not able to get them configured.
