I’m only on the free service however, I believe I can still expect a 24 hour response time but I’ve been waiting 4 days. I appreciate the service is free, so any service is appreciated however, I cant work without my site, I’ve sent a support ticket an email and now this message. If anyone can help that would be great.
Is this an issue the community may be able to help with, or is it an account issue?
I am sure they are getting soo much of tickets around these days. They will priorities your support based on your plan. But they will surely reply once your ticket is opened.
I understand that, that’s why I pointed out the free account support response time is supposed to be 24 hours. Excluding the bank holiday and the weekend its been at least 4 days.
