Need a refund as we mistakenly purchased

I made a mistake purchasing the 240.00/year version and I don’t need it. I want a refund and to switch me to the free version immediately, please. I have a WordPress website and was looking for a hosting company which is why you cannot help me here.

Please visit the Cloudflare Dashboard, pick your domain, then click on Support > Contact Cloudflare > Billing > Other/I don’t know. Then describe your issue to open a ticket. Then please post the ticket number here.
