You cannot change the nameservers of a domain registered using Cloudflare Registrar, as indicated at the time of purchase.
Instead, do this to point at Wix using the Cloudflare DNS…
If you really want to use Wix nameservers, you will need to transfer your domain out of Cloudflare to another registrar.
