NCMEC credentials not accepted
What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?
When trying to configure CSAM reporting with NCMEC credentials there is an AJAX error that they weren’t accepted. Yet they work on the NCMEC site. I’ve tried resetting the password to use a shorter password and with different special characters, in case there is some undocumented limitation in the implementation. None have worked.
What are the steps to reproduce the issue?
- visit CF dash
- click Websites → (domain) → Caching → Configuration → CSAM Scanning Tool
→ Configuration - paste email registered with NCMEC
- paste the password for NCMEC
- enter notification email address
- click Submit
