NCMEC credentials could not be validated. Please update and try again (Code: 10224)

Hello, I see this error when attempting to enable the CSAM Scanning Tool

What does that mean? How can I fix it?

Do you have an account with NCMEC? The infobox says:

“If you do not have credentials, you can request them by emailing [email protected]. Visit the NCMEC website for more details”
