Nameservers update and A,CNAME record details

Hello Team,

I have taken the domain on one.com, and I have hosted my website on AWS. I have taken the pro plan on Cloudflare. If I update Cloudflare’s nameservers in one.com,

1. How much time will it take to update DNS?
2. How many records (A, CNAME, etc.) need to be updated in Cloudflare?
3. Which records (A, CNAME, etc.) need to be removed in one.com?

Could you please provide information on these points? If any documents are available, can you please share them with us?
