Nameservers still showing as 'Pending'

No error, just not updating

What is the issue you’re encountering

We updated the nameservers to point at Cloudflare last week, yet they still show as Pending

What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?

We’ve contacted the outbound registrar who have confirmed the nameservers were updated on the 15 Nov 24 and that DNSSEC is not active. You can do an external WHOIS lookup and the nameservers show as Cloudflare. Yet Cloudflare still shows them as ‘Pending’. Any ideas how to reslove this ASAP?

and that DNSSEC is not active

DNSSEC is active for your domain so you either need to get your registrar to disable it, or add the DS records from Cloudflare to your registrar…

Thanks SJR, I will chase the outbound registrar again. They used to be great but their parent company rolled them up with 3 other companies and support is now very lacking (hence moving away from them via Cloudflare).
