I have been waiting for Cloudflare DNS nameservers. It’s taking longer than expected and has been pending all this while.
Please can you look into it?
May I ask you to post and share the URL example to the particular resource in a bracketed dot [.] notation with us so we could double-check, troubleshoot and provide some feedback information?
What error do you see? Can you share a screenshot of it?
Before moving to Cloudflare, was your Website working over HTTPS connection?
Have you tried using any of the available online tools for DNS propagation check for your domain name yet? For example:
Furthermore, if you recently changed your domain nameservers, regular DNS propagation time usually takes up to 24-48 hours to complete.
May I ask have you tried using a different Web browser, or tried clearing your Web browser cache?
How about using a Private window (Incognito mode) or a VPN connection if possible?
Is it the same behaviour on your mobile phone (4G LTE, mobile data, cellular)?
May I ask, if you know was the DNSSEC active and enabled for your domain name at your Domain Registrar, before switching domain nameservers to the given Cloudflare nameservers of your Cloudflare account?
Here’s my site effinityfinance[.]com
The site was working smoothly before now. But now it’s no longer loading.
That domain currently holds the four name servers:
desiree.ns.cloudflare.com
ns1.dns-parking.com
ns2.dns-parking.com
rex.ns.cloudflare.com
If you wish to use Cloudflare, then remove these two name servers from your registrar:
ns1.dns-parking.com
ns2.dns-parking.com
And then wait those ~ 48 - 96 hours for the propagation to take effect.
Okay but why is my domain still pending?
You need to CHANGE to the provided list of name servers, and NOT just add them together with any other existing name server(s).
It is still pending because you still haven’t made the proper configuration in regards to the name servers.
Okay I’ve changed it now
When I’m looking (again), it looks like nothing has changed so far.
Where exactly / how did you change it?
Can you share a screenshot or something?
I used hostinger as my host and I clicked on manage website
I then clicked on the drop menu and click on others . After which I clicked on the DNS and change the NS to the one given to me by Cloudflare. Please this is my first site and it’s taking longer than expected. Please help me out.
I also need help with my database.
Here is Hostinger’s guide on how to change your nameservers.
Thanks for the info just changed the the nameservers from hostinger to the ones Cloudflare gave me
