Said after transferring the domain that nameserver updates would automatically go to cloudflares nameservers and they haven’t
gone back to og hosters of my domain (google → Squarespace (bec of google) ) made sure that both were ready to transfer my domain before the transfer and now they are unreachable bec its now cloudflare and there is no way to access the nameservers
Where does it say this? You need to set the nameservers before you transfer a domain to Cloudflare.
However it happened, it looks like the domain is using the wrong Cloudflare nameservers now, but is transferred to Cloudflare Registrar.
You need to create a support ticket with the Registrar category so support can fix that.

Both pairs are assigned to @vanzandtdevin but agree it is odd. Upon digging deeper, appears the transfer was pending 27 June, deleted 7 July, transfer was successful on 2 July and added back to the account 4 July.
