I have a question.
Is it possible to have Cloudflare as a CDN but do have original nameservers configured in your registar?
So i can take advantage of my dedicated IP address to avoid spam.
If yeah, please guide somewhere how to configure it.

Technically yes, but this requires at least a Business plan with a CNAME setup.
That generally won’t be possible. You always need to go through Cloudflare’s proxies. Technically you could still map your IP address to Cloudflare, but that is far beyond a typical setup and will require Enterprise plans and five+ figures of investment.
Assuming you are on a free plan, you have to change the nameservers.
