It is telling me to add the namesevers but I got my domain from Cloudflare so I don’t know how to change the namesevers. No record are showing up on ICANN either.

I’m in the process of registering it but it says I have to connect cloudflare namesevers. But I bought the domain from cloudflare so shouldn’t the name servers automatically populate?

I purchased it for free. I’ve set up the A and CNAME record.
Cloudflare doesn’t “sell” free domains. You can add a domain you own to a free plan for Cloudflare services but domains cost $$$

The picture says that Cloudflare sells domains. Nowhere does it say the domains are free.
No markup means that Cloudflare sells the domains for the same price that they pay for it.
You need to click the link at the bottom of that image, search available domains and then purchase one. Or if you already own a domain, point the nameservers to Cloudflare to utilize it’s services
