One of our domains scottisharchivesforschools.org has had its NS changed away from cloudflare and back to a previous provider who is hosting a very old copy of the zone file which is years out of date. How can this happen? We’ve not authorised this change in cloudflare or manually changed the NS.
I am afraid that’s a question for your registrar. Cloudflare is not your registrar and does not control your domain’s nameservers.
