Nameservers changed but not showing up

Hi guys, trying to figure out what I have done wrong here.
I have changed the nameservers on 101domain for mysite jackpotpredictions.co.zm
101domain confirm they have been changed, but in my cloudfare dashboard, it keeps saying nameservers are not yet changed.

Is there anything else I need to do here to make this work?

You have not changed the nameservers. They still point to 101domain.com. You need to do that at your registrar.

So 101domain are also my registrar, but I think maybe they need to inform the local country registrar to do it as well

Thats something you need to clarify with them. You need to change the nameservers however.
