I want to change the nameservers of the domain I purchased from cloudflare
It is now asking me to upgrade to business in order to do so. It didn’t tell me on registration that I will not be able to change the nameservers
How can I get refund now?
I want to point my domain to my hosting, will it work if I directly point the A record to the hosting servers?

Yes, though additional configuration on your server is required. Your host probably has a guide for adding a custom domain.
You would have to move the domain to a different registrar.
