Additionally, this domain (ostek.edu.tr) was previously active under a different Cloudflare account. I would like to confirm that the previous zone and any cached records associated with that account are fully removed.

Yes, we noticed the same issue — our domain registrar shows that the nameservers have been updated correctly to:

However, as this is a .edu.tr domain under the TRABİS registry in Turkey, DNS changes require an additional manual confirmation step. We’ve just been informed by TRABİS that changes to nameservers must be verified via an official email from our institution.

We have now sent the required confirmation email to TRABİS and are currently waiting for them to apply the update at the root level.

Once the update is processed, we expect Cloudflare to recognize the new nameservers automatically.
