Nameservers are stuck

What is the issue you’re encountering

I had previously added two Cloudflare nameservers, fish.ns.cloudflare.com and kyree.ns.cloudflare.com, to my domain. If you do a lookup on whois.nic.box for my domain, omar.box, you’ll see that these nameservers are still active and pointing there. Here’s the problem: I attempted to change the nameserver configuration and completely removed my domain from Cloudflare. Despite this, the fish.ns.cloudflare.com and kyree.ns.cloudflare.com nameservers are still stuck and haven’t updated. As a workaround, I tried re-adding my domain to Cloudflare with new nameservers, but they still aren’t being applied—it’s still stuck on the old fish and kyree nameservers. I’m not sure what’s causing the nameserver changes to fail or why they’re stuck on the old configuration. Has anyone experienced something similar, or does anyone know how to resolve this issue? Thanks in advance!

What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?

Resetting NS on my domain,
deleting domain from CF,
re-adding domain to CF,
re-adding new NS.

What feature, service or problem is this related to?

Nameservers

What are the steps to reproduce the issue?

Reset NS, delete domain from CF, see if NS gets stuck.

Screenshot of the error

You’ll need to update to the new nameservers at your registrar. That appears to be namesilo according to whois. Once that updates, Cloudflare will detect the change and activate the zone.
