What is the issue you’re encountering
I can’t update the nameserver on Cloudflare - despite Cloudflare being the registrar.
What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?
I’ve tried to follow the instructions but this is if the registrar isn’t cloudflare. Not sure why I am unable to update if the registar and the domain is held in cloudflare.
Your domain is active on Cloudflare and the message you see is from the webhost that is being pointed at, not Cloudflare.
If the Cloudflare dashboard is telling you that you need to change the nameservers, then you are likely not in the account where the domain is active as there are several sets of nameservers resolving for the domain. If you are definitely in the account where the domain is registered and you are being told to change the nameservers, you will need to raise a Cloudflare Registrar support ticket to have the nameservers fixed.
Thanks for your reply. yes - i’m in the account the domain is registered and still being asked to change the nameserver. I have raised a support ticket with Cloudflare registrar.
