Cloudflare is not detecting the nameservers as valid even though I have set them on the registrar

What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?

The domain was deleted from cloudflare (never verified in the 28 day period), thought maybe it was a glitch. Ran an NSLookup and it reports the correct nameservers
