Our domain is with Godaddy and the website is hosted by Yola. When asked Yola provided instructions on how to add SSL to our pointed domain.
On Saturday, signed up for a Cloudflare account, clicked on Add Site button and entered the domain hcws.org, selected a plan. I updated the DNS on Godaddy wit the two nameservers provided by Cloudflare however the status is still pending.
How long does it normally take?

You didnt update it there, you created two additional NS records in your DNS control panel there, when you should have actually changed the nameservers instead.
Head over to your Godaddy control panel and search for where you need to change the nameserver (not create NS records) and then change them to those Cloudflare provided you with.
I am new to this. So the nameservers I think 15 and 16 need to be changed. Thank you so very much!

Presumably. You need to replace the current nameservers with those provided by Cloudflare.
