nameserver problem removed without access to domain mail

Hello friends, I have a problem. I had pointed my domain that is registered in goddady to cloudflare but it gave me problems with the emails today. I deleted the domain in cloudflare and created it again but the nameserver changed and to change it in goddady it asks me for a code that arrives at the domain’s corporate email

My question is if I buy the business plan, can I install the old Cloudflare DNS and will this work for me to set up the website and email?
