Hi, I updated my nameserver 48 hours ago but it still says ‘pending’ on cloudflare. How long does this normally take to go through?
Yes, I updated them on my webhost (hostinger) to which my domain is pointed
What’s the domain?
It’s still not fully propagated. I’m still seeing some dns-parking NS and SOA records.
How do I fully propagate it?
You just have to wait. It’s usually around 48 hours, but there’s nothing to do but wait.
You need to update your nameservers at your registrar.

I contacted Hosting, my webhost, who said this:
"The nameservers should be changed from where they were pointed to previously. So if the domain is originally bought from GoDaddy but the nameservers were pointing to Hostinger, you need to change the nameservers through Hostinger. I can see that it’s working though, you can check the propagation process here: DNS Propagation Checker - Global DNS Testing Tool
So no worries, your domain will be pointed to Cloudflare soon"
However, it is still not propagated - am I right?
You’re right, and Hostinger is wrong. GoDaddy is your registrar. You need to make the change there (At GoDaddy).

I see! I will do that now. And CloudFlare would have my records which points to Hostinger right?
Cloudflare will try to scan and import as many DNS records as it can find, but you may need to add any that are missing. Just compare the Cloudflare list against the Hostinger list.
Thanks for your help! all working now (I think).
My website still takes a few seconds to load - I assume it’s due to the images. I have already compressed them. Is there anything else I can do to increase the speed?
