Nameserver not working on domain artegurradoshop.com

When my registrar tries to update OPENSRS nameserver with yours, the response is:

Nameserver you asked me to add doesn’t exist at the registry

My registrar (ARUBA in ITALY) wrote me to ask Cloudfare to add to registry nameservers
because at the moment it’s impossibile to change nameservers 'til Cloudfare adds them as valid nameserver to registry.

  1. Which nameservers were you trying to assign and where did you take them from? Post a screenshot where they are listed.

  2. The nameservers currently assigned to your domain, does not respond for it. Hence you shouldnt be able to add the domain to Cloudflare in the first place and subsequently not have got nameservers assigned either.
