Nameserver not working and giving error on check with hoster

What is the name of the domain?

What is the issue you’re encountering

I setup the DNS on cloudflare by copying the complete record. Then I added the name servers with my hosting provider. DNSSEC was deactivated. Upon checking the name servers, I got the error message below. when I updated anyway, I was unable to connect via Mobile. Also Cloudflare complained “invalid nameserver” I had to revert the change so that the website started working again on mobile. It worked on desktop the whole time, though. Please make sure that the DNS zone of the domain is set up on the corresponding name servers. Please note that the domain has not yet been set up correctly on the new name servers. You can make the name server change, but we recommend that you first add the domain to your desired provider so that a DNS zone is created on the corresponding name servers and there is no interruption to your website or email traffic after the change.

Nameservers

Currently, looks like domain isn’t using any of the Cloudflare nameservers and DNSSEC is enabled with DS record being added, valid:

Name Server: ns2.hostpoint.ch
Name Server: ns3.hostpoint.ch
Name Server: ns.hostpoint.ch
DNSSEC: signedDelegation
dig DS +short cantienica.com

Before adding your website to your Cloudflare account, you have to disable DNSSEC at current DNS interface (domain registrar), therefrom check and remove the DS record and after few hours or a better, a day and replace the current particular ns, ns2 and ns2 hostpoint.ch nameservers with your assigned ones for your Cloudflare account.
